This breathwork session will be here for you to ask all the questions and pick my brain on wherever you’re at. I will have a few journal prompt questions before and after. We will discuss topics you want guidance on and have a short conversation but also some moments to go inward, from head to heart, and go right into the Elemental Rhythm breathwork experience.
