Oh Hey! My name is Melissa. I am a certified breathwork facilitator, a travel bug, an artist, a decent cook, and a slight obsession with self-care. I also have a green thumb when it comes to gardening. I can thank Ev, my mother for that!

I also deal with chronic digestive issues.

This personal experience has really amped up my dedication to understanding the importance of mental health, food, herbs, and lifestyle in achieving holistic health and healing. I am constantly discovering fascinating information about how our bodies function and how we can support our health through the choices we make. Rather than waiting until I feel "perfectly healthy", which is an unrealistic goal, I have decided to share my imperfect journey while I am still in the middle of it. This blog serves as a platform for me to express all the things that excite me, such as breathwork, meditation, and incredible self-care remedies; along with the handmade products I have created that have helped me on this healing journey. I hope it can do the same for you! I believe that reconnecting with the earth's energies and embracing seasonal transitions can help regulate our nervous system. Most importantly, the breath that we take for granted. When we aren't mindful of the breath, we end up shallow breathing or mouth breathing which can lead to many health issues down the road. This is why I am here to share with you the importance of mindful breathing!
