By igniting the drive and desire to break free from self-imposed limitations, we'll set intentions and plan small, smart steps toward change. Our work will encompass both conscious and unconscious levels to truly feel where we are ready for transformation.

Overview
Open to all levels, including full breathwork session with music. There will be a short discussion on the topic, a full breathwork with around 30 min active breathing, and a 20 min guided meditation following an integration phase.
