My mission

My mission as a breathwork facilitator is to empower individuals to harness the transformative power of their breath, fostering profound healing and personal growth. Through guided breathwork sessions, I aim to create a safe and supportive environment where people can release stress, heal from emotional trauma, and gain clarity. By incorporating evidence-based practices that activate the parasympathetic nervous system, enhance oxygenation, and improve overall physiological and psychological well-being, I strive to help others achieve a balanced, joyful, and purposeful life!

What is Breathwork?

Breathwork refers to a variety of breathing exercises and techniques aimed at improving physical, mental, and emotional well-being. These practices involve consciously controlling the breath to influence the body’s physiological and psychological states. Breathwork can range from simple deep-breathing exercises to more complex practices like Holotropic Breathwork, Pranayama, and Wim Hof Method.

The primary goal of breathwork is to harness the power of the breath to achieve specific outcomes, such as stress reduction, increased energy, emotional healing, and enhanced focus. By altering breathing patterns, individuals can activate the parasympathetic nervous system, boost oxygenation, and promote a state of relaxation and balance. Breathwork is often used in therapeutic settings, meditation, yoga, and wellness practices to support overall health and well-being.

A guided breathwork experience involves a facilitator like myself leading participants through specific breathing techniques in a structured session. The facilitator provides instructions and cues to help individuals focus on their breath and achieve a desired rhythm. Participants typically lie down or sit comfortably, closing their eyes to enhance concentration. The session may include calming music or ambient sounds to create a relaxing atmosphere.

Throughout the experience, the facilitator may offer verbal guidance, encouraging deeper breaths and maintaining a steady pace. This guided process helps participants enter a meditative state, allowing them to release tension, access suppressed emotions, and gain clarity. The session often concludes with a period of rest and integration, where participants can reflect on their experiences and sensations.

Please note that Elemental Rhythm Breathwork is not recommended for certain health restrictions such as pregnancy, epilepsy, cardiovascular disease, and others (full list of contraindications). By purchasing a ticket, you confirm that you are healthy and responsible for your own safety and well-being.

*Upon booking you will receive an 18-minute introduction video into the breathwork technique, potential effects and reactions during the session, how to setup your space etc – which is essential to watch before the event. I will not be explaining the technique during the live session as we have a lot of repeated breathers, everything you need to know is in the video.
